Policies & Compliance

Everything you need to know about payments, cancellations, compliance, and how we handle complaints.

Your registration is confirmed once payment is received. Payment must be completed before attending or accessing your course.

Cancellation by the Student

To cancel, email info@mathesondifference.com. For scheduled courses, cancellations made at least 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund. The full amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future Matheson course. Course credit must be used within 1 year of the original course date.

Registrations may be transferred to another eligible participant before the course begins.

Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior cancellation is considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund or course credit.

On-Demand Courses

Refund requests for on-demand courses must be made within 6 months of purchase. Courses that have been completed are not eligible for a refund.

If you have not completed the course or contacted Matheson regarding your enrollment within 6 months of purchase, the course is no longer eligible for a refund.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Matheson

Matheson will contact registered participants as soon as possible if a course must be cancelled or rescheduled due to low enrollment, instructor illness, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons.

If Matheson cancels a course, you may choose a full refund of the registration fee or full credit toward a future Matheson course.

If Matheson reschedules a course, you may attend on the new date, apply your registration fee as credit toward a future Matheson course, or request a full refund.
